It all started in June 2021 when I, Ishema, the owner; left Canada to work remotely in Jamaica during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have always been passionate about fashion and beauty and was inspired by the impact of a pandemic, to take a leap of faith and pursue my dream of becoming a boutique owner. I opened my first storefront June of 2021 in Kingston, Jamaica and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience from the outset. This allowed me to gain valuable insights, connect with many remarkable individuals, and receive overwhelming support from women across the island, for which I am truly grateful.

After a couple years of establishing Louanna, I realized the need to provide our clothing not only to women of Jamaica but also to women across the world. My aspiration is for all women to radiate confidently while wearing Louanna irrespective of their geographical location.
